Democracy in action at DCON

At last weekend's convention for the Pacific Northwest district (DCON) in Portland, OR, President John Jensen, President-elect Meri Clark, and Lt. Governor Doug Rector (in the black baseball cap with white swoosh) attended several seminars and discussed and/or voted on multiple issues. For example, Vicki Frucci, from the Spokane Valley club, will become our district's governor-elect for 2023-2024 (and governor the following year). In addition, the district bylaws were amended to reflect that Kiwanis International changed an event fee from $50 for each club to $3 per member.
